Planned as the construction of the flagship of the multinational dedicated to the production and distribution of fruit and vegetables. The order will be carried out in two phases, the first being an extension and the second the reform and conditioning of the current facilities, to finally be united in a single office complex.

The importance of its iconic and representative character for the company becomes the first premise to consider in the project. Thus, a resounding new volume, although somewhat fragmented on its north and south sides, is attached to the current building, intertwining with it inside the great hall that will be located between them. The maximum expressive charge of the project is concentrated in said articulating space through its flooding with natural light to feed the vertical and horizontal gardens that it houses inside, through which the highly symbolic main staircase runs.

Inside, the premise is to configure highly flexible spaces with a high degree of comfort for its permanent users and visitors. The use of natural and local materials combined with the most efficient construction and installation systems today, passive solar control systems, domotization of lighting or the introduction of electric vehicles, together with the introduction of vegetation as an element natural and healthy ornamental, make this building a commitment to the most sustainable architecture from the economic, environmental and social point of view.
