Sa Tanqueta

Residential project under development in Santa Eulàlia des Riu, Ibiza.

Sa Tanqueta is an exclusive development of 24 designer homes in Ibiza, configured in traditional Ibizan architecture, using an efficient, ecological and sustainable system. Likewise, it has large spaces of gardens and terraces in the common and access areas, with a specific landscaping project, integrating the essence of the natural values of Ibiza.

Two types of housing are designed, one of 120 square meters and two bedrooms and the other, developed as a duplex of 180 square meters and three bedrooms. Both are designed with the same prism.

In this way, each house starts from a generating axis made up of a garden that allows life to develop around it. The access of natural lighting is made to coincide with this green space, an effect achieved by placing the previously mentioned volumes, so that light can access each one of them.
