ADV Villa

We are pleased to present one of our most recent projects, a magnificent villa located in the beautiful area of Cala Conta, Ibiza. This villa offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and integrates perfectly with the surrounding landscape.

Sustainability has been a fundamental priority in this project. At CYROS, we are deeply concerned about the environmental impact of our constructions, which is why we have integrated  sustainable practices and materials at every phase of the project. We have implemented an advanced greywater reuse system for filling cisterns, thus contributing to water conservation. Additionally, we have recovered and modernized a rainwater collection system for use in the home, ensuring efficient and ecological management of water resources.

The use of cane, besides being aesthetically pleasing and functional, underscores our commitment to sustainability and respect for the environment.

This project is not only an example of design and elegance but also a tribute to the respect for the island’s tradition and natural surroundings.
